Veterinary Technicians/Customer Service Representatives

Veterinary Medicine is a profession that brings both joys and challenges. Those that truly embrace these highs and lows and run into the situations where their teammates need them most are those that succeed, thrive and continuously grow. Aimee is that teammate and leader within our clinics. Aimee hails from just around the corner in Sweeny, TX and calls it home til this day. She can always be relied upon by her colleagues to help out when the going gets tough, and is an attentive and compassionate patient advocate. She excels at client relations and helping keep the clinic running behind the scenes. As inventory manager, she excels at locating the hard to find, or backordered items that keep our ship afloat. As head technician, she is always keen to learn new skills and clinical techniques that improve the care our patients receive. When not at the clinic, she can be found alongside her husband John with two mini-me’s (Carrie and Jarrod) tagging along close behind. They’ll often be spotted at youth baseball games, Sweeny FFA Alumni events or taking in a Hill Country Wine Tour. They share their home with a Dachshund (Heidi) a Cocker Spaniel (Miley) and a cuddly kitty (Yowlzer).

Do you know those people who you can hear smiling through the phone? One of those people that make you feel heard and cared for? Amanda embodies those qualities through and through. Amanda is one of our veterinary technicians at WPVC. Originally from Brazoria, TX, Amanda completed her certification in Phlebotomy prior to joining the WPVC team. Her favorite aspect of her job is connecting with clients and ensuring their needs are met. She likes to keep busy and is a big part of helping our practice stay neat and tidy. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her son. Outside of her work ”boyfriend” Pepper the Blue Front Amazon, Amanda has a labrador (Tank) and a Maltese (Hostel).

She’s a superstar for helping keep our day to day hospital running. Originally from Houston, Jenny and her husband enjoy spending time at the beach with their daughter, and caring for their household pets including; two dogs (Milo and Mileena), frogs, fish, a turtle and the occasional stray. She is currently completing her final course pre-requisites in order to be able to apply to veterinary school. During the day she enjoys attending to the needs of our hospitalized or boarding patients. She’s also always game for traveling out to farm calls with our doctors.
